Once activated this eGift Card can be used as full or part payment for goods in UK WHSmith stores (excluding concessions and stores located at motorway service stations, WHSmith Local, London Underground sites or WHS franchise stores) and on WHSmith.co.uk. 2. eGift Cards are non-refundable and no change will be given, but any balance remaining on the eGift Card may be applied to future purchases. Where goods purchased with the eGift Card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned for a refund, monies owing will be added to the balance on the eGift Card. 3. Your new balance will (if used in store) be shown on your receipt every time you make a purchase or can be checked at any till in store or (if used online) can be checked online at: whsmith.co.uk/giftcard. 4. The minimum amount required to activate or top-up this eGift Card is £5, the maximum amount is £500 in one transaction, and the maximum limit is £500. 5. How do you guys make money?

We think providing a good value to our clients for a long time is a more profitable way to do business than trying to make all we can in one shot. We pre-negotiate a wholesale discount with each brand we offer, take a percent or two to run our business, and then pass the rest along to our clients.
