ShopeePay reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions, either wholly or partially, including but not limited to rights, benefits, privileges, conversion rate, membership level (if applicable) and/or any conditions without prior notice. 5. ShopeePay reserves the right to top-up ShopeePay Wallet with the same phone number that has been registered with the ShopeePay application only. 6. Benefits may not be changed, transferred or refunded in cash and may not be used in combination with other campaigns. 7.
