Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item. * The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code. To use the eGift, the code must be presented to the Customer Service Counter for validation. The recipient must only give this to the Customer Service Counter once he/she is ready to use it at the store. Once the eGift is validated, the customer can use the eGift value at Rustan’s Department Store brands EXCLUDING the purchases from Stores Specialists, Inc. and Rustan’s Flower Shop WITHIN THE DAY. The eGift is NOT valid for use to purchase a Rustan's Gift Card or paper GCs. In the event that the store's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the customer service staff shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online. The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services, and it cannot be exchanged for cash. If the total value of the eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given. If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference. Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction. Additional terms and conditions may apply

Discounts range from 2% to 95%, depending on the brand. Most major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target and Walmart are typically on the lower end of the spectrum. Specialty retailers normally range between 4%-10%, and a few promotional brands provide higher discounts.

How do you guys make money?

We think providing a good value to our clients for a long time is a more profitable way to do business than trying to make all we can in one shot. We pre-negotiate a wholesale discount with each brand we offer, take a percent or two to run our business, and then pass the rest along to our clients.
