1. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ใช้ในการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้. 2. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ได้นำส่งภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้วตามมาตรา 78/3 ให้แก่ผู้ซื้อบัตรกำนัลนี้ในลำดับแรกแล้ว จึงไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีเมื่อนำมาใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าหรือบริการที่ร้านได้อีก. 3. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ใช้เฉพาะร้านที่อยู่ภายในเครือบริษัท ฟู้ดแพชชั่น จำกัด เท่านั้น ได้แก่ บาร์บีคิวพลาซ่า (Bar B Q Plaza), ฌานา (Charna) และ Gon Express ทุกสาขา. 4. มูลค่าของบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ สามารถนำมาคำนวณเป็นคะแนนสะสมและยอดใช้จ่ายสะสมในสมาชิกได้ เมื่อท่านนำบัตรกำนัลนี้มาใช้ในการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการของทางร้าน. 5. โปรดแสดงบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ต่อพนักงาน ณ จุดชำระเงิน มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์. 6. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ใช้ได้ภายในวันที่ระบุในบัตรเท่านั้น หากเกินกำหนดจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์. 7. บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากลูกค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้. 7.1 การไม่ได้รับบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) เนื่องจากความผิดพลาดอันเกิดจากโทรศัพท์มือถือของลูกค้า. 7.2 การไม่สามารถใช้ บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) ได้เนื่องจากการสูญหายของข้อมูล. 7.3 การใช้งานบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) อย่างไม่ถูกต้อง. 8. การซื้อและการใช้ประโยชน์จากบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) นี้ ลูกค้าได้ยินยอมที่จะรับผลผูกพันอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ และตามที่ปรากฏอยู่ในช่องทางการสื่อสารทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของบริษัทฯทุกประการ. 9. บริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์การใช้บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (eVoucher) หากมีการตรวจสอบในระบบพบว่ามีรหัสหมายเลขบัตรที่ได้มีการใช้มาแล้ว การใช้บัตรกำนัลนี้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ เท่านั้น. 10. กรุณาใช้สิทธิภายในวันหมดอายุ . 1. This eVoucher can only be used one time for goods and services and cannot be exchanged for cash or provide a change in cash. 2. This eVoucher has already been submitted for VAT in accordance with Section 78/3. Therefore, it is not possible to issue a tax invoice when using this eVoucher to pay for the goods and services at the restaurants. 3. This eVoucher can only be used with Food Passion Group restaurant brands: Bar B Q Plaza, Charna and Gon Express at all branches. 4. The value of this eVoucher can be used to accumulate reward points for brand members when using this eVoucher to pay for goods and services at the restaurant. 5. Please present this eVoucher to restaurant staff at checkout, otherwise the eVoucher will be waived. 6. This eVoucher is valid as per the validity specified on this eVoucher. If the validity has passed, the redemption would be considered waived. 7. The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by the customer in the following cases; 7.1. Not receiving eVoucher due to mistake regarding customer’s phone number; 7.2. Inability to use eVoucher due to data loss; 7.3. Incorrect use of the eVoucher; 8. The purchase and use of this eVoucher mean that the customer has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as provided here and all other communication channels of the company. 9. The use of this eVoucher is subject to the company’s conditions only. 10. Please redeem within the validity period.
